Our Beauty Specialists at Salwa’z Beauty are the fundamental base of our success and our customers loyalty. Salwa Elashmawy, a Hungarian native had a dream: “Once I will have my own salon where I can treat and help my clients the way they deserve.”
After learning the basics of skin care in Hungary, she moved to United States in 2009. Since then she had been working at several beauty salons and collected lots of experience as an esthetician. Finally in early 2018 she opened her own salon in Clearwater FL, a European-style organic beauty and hair salon called Salwa’z Beauty Salon, where lots of her clients followed her.
During the recent years she built her team with beauty experts, who represent the same quality values in beauty like hers. It was a priority to provide an ultimate experience to the customers not just in skin care, but other areas of beauty as well.
Today we have well-trained beauty specialists like hair-stylists who are providing the very latest hair styles and hair treatments using chemical free organic hair products like Natulique and Cliove. Our clients absolutely love and satisfied with our organic hair services as well as our organic skin care. Salwa Elashmawy is a highly trained and educated Esthetician and Esthetician Instructor from Budapest, Hungary with over a decade in experience helping her clients look and feel beautiful. She made a brave choice to move to the United States in 2009 in order to find new adventures professionally and personally. Within her first year, she was able to learn English and achieve her certification from the American Institute of Beauty to start practicing in Florida. Since then, she has been dedicated to continuing her education and always staying on top of current industry trends.
First and foremost her specialty is organic facial using Eminence Organic Skin Care, a successful Hungarian product line. Besides Salwa also has a passion for creating beautiful full sets of lash extensions as well as addressing all of your waxing needs in the most sanitary and nurturing way. Moreover she has a way of connecting with her clients that makes every visit special! Salwa is also motivated by the opportunity to bring European style services and spa experience to Clearwater!
Ibolya Riedt joined our team at Salwa’z Beauty Salon as a Hair Stylist at the end of July 2018. Before she went to Suncoast Beauty College in Clearwater Florida in 1989. Since then she has been working in Dunedin and Clearwater area. Her priority is to take care of her clients and they are very loyal to her, most of them treat her like family. Also Ebe really loves the atmosphere and energy of the salon! In her opinion it is very beautiful and welcoming, it is just perfect for her and her clients!
She has been using Schwarzkopf color line in the last 25 years. It’s the best! Ebe only works by appointment only, that allows her to focus more on each client’s needs. Her work is uplifting and she just love to see the smile on her client’s face!

Kathy Lammon is a Master Stylist, Certified Naturopathic Wellness Coach, Educator and a Fine Hair Specialist. She started her career back in 2011 graduated from Aveda, as a cosmologist. Most importantly she loves helping other people, taking care of the environment and her community. Her speciality is to help women and men to find the right solution to hair-loss problems and to choose the right hair treatments, hair extensions. She has been working with Natulique, an organic colour and style line from Denmark.
As an educator, she has been traveling and learning from top stylists around the world. Furthermore Kathy has participated in the world beauty for him in Paris and pioneered scalp therapy to help with natural hair grow systems. Additionally she also works with Cliove, a keratin line, that has certified organic ingredients from Israel and made for all hair types to give healthy frizz free hair. Above all Kathy always strives continue to learn and grow to find the best beauty solutions to all her clients.
Phoebe Keegan has been working in the beauty industry for the better part of a decade.
With degrees from the London School of Beauty and Make Up and the Aveda Institute she specializes in eyelash extensions and full body waxing.
She is originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, but she has been calling Tampa Bay home for nine years.
She strives to make you feel comfortable, confident, and at ease, even during intimate services.

Debi Sador

Debi Sador is a highly skilled and experienced Hair Sylist. Before she won 1st place in Ohio hair stylist competition against 50 girls and she competed at national level as well and won 2nd place. She also had own a salon for 8 years in Ohio, then moved to Florida.
Later she took advanced training with Vidal Sassoon in San Francisco and got more training with Jingles of London in London. She also received advanced training from Schwarzkopf educators Zegarelli brothers in Pittsburgh.
Debi also owned salon in Clearwater for 28 years and now she is working with a great and skilled professionals at Salwa’s Beauty Salon!
Theresa Najemian is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Aesthetician, specializing in Anti-Aging Therepeutic Skin Care and Massage.
Before re-establishing her business in Florida, Theresa owned and operated The Body Works Day Spa in Las Vegas and The Peace of Paradise Massage Institute which trained hundreds of massage therapist still practicing today.
Due to her expertise and experience, her clientele included celebrities such as Debbie Reynolds, Kenny Loggins, The Pointer Sisters, and Regis Philbin, to name a few.
She has been leading the industry with her expertise, working with general skin conditions and particular client needs, such as rosacea. hyper-pigmentaton, fine lines, wrinkles, skin tags and blemishes.
